DeWayne's operates in a 126,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility that was built expressly for metal plating. We operate two rack zinc lines and an E-Coat line, all of which can accommodate large and small parts. Our two barrel zinc lines are capable of processing 350,000 pounds of parts per day. We also operate a phosphate and oil line that can run rack and barrel parts.
