Producing high quality parts requires numerous steps including washing, plating/coating, rinsing, chromating, sealing, and, in some cases, curing. Mistakes in any of these processes can result in parts that don't meet customers' specifications and don't perform as expected in the field. Since inception, DeWayne's has invested in automated process control capabilities that allow us to control as many of the elements of our process as possible.
